5 août 1963 - Partial Test Ban Treaty Signed

Description:

In response to the Cuban Missile Crisis, the USSR, USA and UK signed an agreement in Moscow that they would not test nuclear weapons in space, underwater or overground.
This was then globally opened up and most countries signed (with the significant exceptions of China, North Korea and France)
