19 déc. 1475 - Michellozzo di Bartolomeo
Description:
He was an Italian architect and sculptor and was considered a great pioneer of architecture during the Renaissance. The Medici family favored him and had them design Medici Palace. He was employed by the family until he died. Despite his triumphs, he is often overshadowed by his friends and competitors such as Donatello and Brunelleschi.
"He remained for his biographers a shadowy, active, competent, second-rate figure, circling around the glowing glory of the two dominant masters."
