1 janv. 1790 - During this period of time conditions in cosnor were bad, because of the absolute monarch: Jorgen Marco Phillips, which spend all the wealth of the country in luxuries and in a large battle with prussia which demanded many resources. Starvation was common in the streets of cosnor. There was a division: rich, medium, and poor people. Rich division didn't paid taxes, but the other two did.
