1 janv. 1932 - James Chadwick 1932
Description:
In 1920 Rutherford predicted that there was another particle in the nucleus because all of the positively charged protons would break apart from the force between them. To make sure the atom stays electrically neutral he predicted that this particle must also be neutral. Then in 1932 Chadwick discovered the Neutron and measured its mass.
