Description:

Jeltz Anarkhai is popularly believed to be the first true human sorcerer, or at least, the most powerful one to have been born in his time. He spent many years recruiting soldiers in secret for a massive rebellion against the Genasi, and when it began, he used his magical abilities to turn the powers of the Elementals back onto themselves. When the fighting quelled, he begrudgingly took the throne to keep a semblance of order in the kingdom.
