Description:

The Battle of Waterloo marked the end of Napoleon's return to power, as after the defeat he suffererd there he abdicated four days later. Following Napoleon's exile - again - the Europeon leaders once again met to create a new treaty, again the Treaty of Paris. This treaty was much harder on France than the previous Treaty of Paris, and called for significant war reparations. Following this Europe entered a brief period of peace, but the lingering liberalist sentiment stirred up by France would soon change that.
