After living on the streets for about a month, he was taken in by a local gang called the Westside Boys.His local group was led by a boy named Roberto who had lived on the streets for 2 years. Roberto taught Chuy the ropes of gang life, gave him a place to sleep, food to eat, and a portion of the take. (Roberto is a possible touchstone)
