Description:

Shenandoah Valley Campaign- Jackson established himself as a strong commander during this campaign. He was able to outmaneuver a huge Union army while he was vastly outnumbered, and he prevented the Union from taking the Confederate capital of Richmond, Virginia. Jackson was given his nickname for his quick thinking and courage., but was later shot and killed on accident by his own army.
