Description:
Stonewall Jackson, widely known for his fearlessness and brilliant strategy. He was first recognized after he led the Shenandoah Valley campaign, which defended eastern Virginia, diverted union troops, and threatened Washington DC. After gaining the nickname "Stonewall" after the Battle of Bull Run, he went on to serve as Robert E. Lee's right-hand man until he was killed in Chancellorsville.
