Description:

This was a gas leak that happened in India. It is considered the "worlds worst industrial decision". It leaked from a pesticide plant, and 500,000 people were exposed to methyl isocyanate. The estimated death toll is slightly less than 4000. The cause of the leak has still not been confirmed.
