Description:

The Zoramites lived fairly close to the Lamanites, and had a correspondence with them. There was, at this time, a certain Lamanite woman, Isabel, who offered the services of a harlot to those in the area.
She was evidently very beautiful, and Corianton abandoned his mission for a short time to indulge in the services offered.

In doing so he damaged the work of the ministry, for the Zoramites knew of his actions. So, when Alma or the others would teach the gospel, many would point out the sin of Corianton and accuse them all of being hypocrites.
