Description:

To improve the employee experience when claiming an award we have added a new claim button! Now the recipient receives an email and onsite alert from the alert centre, informing them of their award! The alert directs them to their award, where they need to click a button to see the message and monetary value.

At this point the award is claimed and the receiver can go on to spend its value at the retailer of their choice. No more faffing around with award codes!
