Description:
Employers can now update outstanding deductions and periods for each active SmartTech or Holiday Trading application in case they've processed different deductions from what the SmartPay™ deduction has advised. This will help them align their deduction report in SmartPay™ and the detials in their payroll/internal system in case of any differences. Approvers will be able to manage outstanding deductions and periods by clicking "Manage Deductions" link on any active SmartTech/Holiday Trading application. This will show them a history of all past deductions and option to update the outstanding balance.
