Description:

A nightclub owner is nearly killed by a mob boss who wants to take over all nightclubs in Los Angeles. The nightclub owner, Owen Barns, is infected with the neon light's juice which grants him the ability to glow in the dark. He uses that, some dance-fighting techniques, and a special costume to take down the mob boss once and for all. Releases on YouTube Red and goes on DVD a month later.
