23 avr. 2018 - Mr King informed the Executive that there was an exchange control problem. In an email of that date Mr King told the Executive that, according to Investec, the transfer of sterling on a contingent basis to an account in the UK would require exchange control approval. According to Investec the application would probably be successful but would take up to six weeks. On the same day, the Executive replied suggesting, amongst other things, that Mr King instruct without delay a third party.
