10 mars 2011 - Around this date the SFA release the "Scotland United: 2020 Vision". The document slapped the SFA's own back for recognising that it had: - a lack of core purpose - a lack of clarity in its operations - a failure to engage efficiently and effectively with its stakeholders in the 21st Century. It promised to set about improving Scottish footballl for the better.
