Description:
After Shay’s Rebellion which showed how poorly the Articles of Confederation were the states got together to revise the Articles. In the end they threw the whole thing away and decide to draft up a new one. During this convention compromises were made. Some of the Compromises were the three-fifths compromise and the Great Compromise. The Great Compromise created our bi-cameral congress. In the end the Constitution was created stating that there were three branches: judiciary, legislative, and executive.AP Key Concept 3.2, II
