Description:

- Day 413
- The group consisting of Rick, Abraham, Michonne, Andrea and Gabriel make it to one neighbourhood out of three. They might be able to reach the second before it gets dark.
- Sometime later, Chris asks Charlie why he didn't follow the group. He tells them there weren't many and they must be on a supply run or something, the most important people stayed back at the church. Chris speculates that they could have been trying to lure him away so the others could escape. He wants to get someone else tonight if they can, people get careless eventually. He jokes about how scared the group must be when Rick Grimes emerges from the woods and corrects him.
- Greg aims his rifle at Rick but Chris calms him and believes he just wants to talk. He tries to get under Rick's skin by mentioning family and trying to predict why Rick came here 'alone'. Rick asks him if he will ever leave them alone. Chris tells him they probably wont. Rick asks what led them to start practising cannibalism. Chris tells him they just got hungry and were terrible hunters, however people are easier to hunt. Usually they don't go after large groups but this time they were desperate.
- He tells Rick how bears will eat their cubs if they begin to starve in the wild. He goes on to mention how they had a few kids with them at the start, and after they were gone, eating strangers was easy to come to grips with. This infuriates Rick. Chris informs him that if they could, they would do anything else to get by but they can't. Chris understandably picks his own life over Rick's.
- Rick tells him he's picked his own life too and has the advantage. Chris laughs and asks how so which causes Rick to reveal the presence of the others and gets the group on edge. Chris calls his bluff which triggers Rick to order Andrea to shoot off Greg's ear which she does. Abraham comes out to collect the Hunters' weapons. Chris continues to call his bluff which results in Andrea shooting his index finger off.
- Chris falls to his knees and asks what they're going to do to them. Rick jokes about carving off and eating a piece with the rest of the group now behind him. Chris begs for mercy but Rick reminds him of what he was saying earlier. They're not going to eat them, instead Rick orders the others to pin Chris down.
- Over the next few hours, the survivors torture, mutilate, and then burn each of the Hunters while the others watch, Chris, Theresa, Albert, David, Greg and Charlie. They assure each other that this needed to be done, yet they are remorseful of their actions. Gabriel is angered and terrified at what they've done. Rick tells him they ate their own children and by killing them they have saved others' lives. Maybe if he didn't hide behind his church door he would want to do whatever to prevent it from happening again.
