Description:

Mussolini and the Blackshirts marched on Rome to pressure the socialist leader Luigi Facta, into resigning.
King Victor Emmanuel III refused to give permission to the army to engage the blackshirts fearing a Civil War and ordered Luigi to resign. He then appointed Mussolini Prime Minister.
