The British, for three days, bombarded the American forces at Fort McHenry. The Americans, unexpectedly, held back the British. Francis Scott Key watched the battle and was inspired to write a poem that we now use as our National Anthem, "The Star Spangled Banner."Ajouté au bande de temps:
