13 juin 1438 - Inca Empire (1438 C.E.-1532 C.E.)
Description:
The Inca empire was a group of regional states in Andean South America and was one of the largest areas of land that an administration has ever had in South America, and had a population of around 11.5 million. They primarily settled near Lake Titicaca, but soon expanded their territory by means of the military. The vast empire relied heavily on irrigation systems, as trade was less plentiful in South America. One of the biggest parts of the Empire was the Inca road system, which spanned all over the Empire. There was a total of about 25,000 miles of roads. (3.2)
