The Treaty of Paris(1783) properly ended the American Revolutionary War.Benjamin Franklin, John Adam, Thomas Jefferson, and John Jay consulted the peace treaty with Great Britain.
Franklin, Adams and Jay signed the treaty at the Hotel d’York in Paris, and it was finalized on September 3, 1783, and confirmed by the Continental Congress in early 1784.
