The Treaty of Paris(1763) ended the French and Indian War and seven years worth of war between Great Britain and FranceFrance gave up all of its territories in mainland North America ending foreign military threat to the British colonies there
Representatives from Britain, France, Spain, Hanover, and Portugal met in Paris to sign a peace treaty.
