12 juill. 1988 - Tinker v Des Moines

Description:

Two students wore black armbands to school to protest the Vietnam War. They were sent home but the supreme court ruled this unconstitutional because it was free speech. Because they were suspended from school for freedom of expression in the first place, they did not enjoy the rights of the constitution.
