15 déc. 1791 - Bill of Rights Ratified
Description:
After the Constitution was made, there were still concerns over what the government could control. People demanded that a list of rights that could not be taken away be made, to restrict some of the government' control. A list of ten rights were made and ratified, some rights being right to a fair trial and right to free speech.
