Description:

Emperor Morhaetho II pushed the claim of Duke Eutache to usurp the duchy of Gascogne from the Holy Roman Empire. Duke Eutache inherited the title Duke of Gascogne before the war had ended, and so became a Duke under the Holy Roman Empire, taking his title of Count of Powys with him.
