During the 1960 presidential election, TV dictated the election. many people who listened to the debates on the radio believed that Nixon had won, but people who viewed the debates on TV thought Kennedy had won. The difference was that Nixon was not shaved and had a bad posture while Kennedy looked confident and visually appealing.
