12 h 14 juin 2004 ans - The Governor attacks the prison for the second time, Axel is killed. (Issue 47)

Description:

- Day 331
- Rick checks on everyone outside. Billy alerts everyone that Woodbury's came back and they all get ready.
- The vehicles come to a screeching halt and the soldiers jump out to open fire on the swarm of roamers in front of the fence. Gabe asks the Governor how this will be any different than last time and he tells him that there are less of them so "shut the fuck up". Rick tells everyone that they're prepared as they scramble behind the cars for cover. Axel is shot directly in the forehead and falls on top of Rick. Patricia cradles his limp body in tears. They start shooting the soldiers from under the cars and kill a few.
- Billy looks in the grenade crate from in the guard tower and throws a grenade down to the soldiers. The Governor and Gabe spot the tiny object coming towards them and get confused for a second. The grenade, bounces off a Buick sedan and then explodes; throwing the car into the air and sending pieces flying which kills six Woodbury soldiers and sends Philip and Gabe flying back. Philip grabs Gabe and drags him behind the tank.
- Rick tells Billy to throw more grenades but he can't hear him. Hershel tells Rick that they could throw them back. Rick believes that they might make it through this. Gabe yells at the Governor for them to regroup which gets them into a short fight. Gabe apologises. Andrea returns and snipes Gabe in the back of the head, right in front of the Governor from atop the RV.
