10 sept. 2012 - LNS Commission receive letter from Michael McLaughlin of Messrs DWF Biggart Baillie on behalf of both Oldco and Newco stating that he had been instructed by each of them that it would not appear or be represented at the preliminary hearing and did not intend to take part in any further procedure.
