Ordered wells in region to be filled in. own water supply from spring of Kafr Sabt Only spring at village of Hattin remained. Saladin had approaches to this heavily guarded. Saladin’s contingent blocked Franks’ advance. Keukburi & Taqi al-Din took Turan & block a Latin retreat. Franks now surrounded on Horns of Hattin.
