Description:
After the war Spain signed a treaty to give Cuba, Guam and Puerto Rico to the United states of america. Even though, there was a meeting to discuss what was going to happen to Puerto Rico, Cuba, and Guam, none of these places were invited to this discussion. The United States ended up with control over these three countries.
