Description:
In response to ineffectiveness of the Articles of Confederation, the Constitution was drafted during the Constitutional convention in Philadelphia. Its main contributors were James Madison and Thomas Jefferson. The Constitution displayed a shift to a stronger central government to combat the issues from the Articles Confederation, however the Anti Federalists insisted on the insertion of the Bill of Rights to ensure the freedom of the people.Ajouté au bande de temps:
