- Lilly suffers through a tense breakfast with Austin and goes to visit the Governor at mid morning. Austin wants to go with her but for some reason she wants to do this alone.
- She finds him behind the racetrack doing some target practise on biters behind the fence. Gabe and Bruce on a smoke break direct her to him. He asks if she's here to 'spank him' because he could tell she wasn't happy with his speech. She tells him that there were kids in the audience and she feels he went over the line showing them Martinez's head. He assures her that they're all going to have to be prepared for the war with this prison group, or everything they love will be gone. Lilly agrees.
