Description:
-prohibited racial discrimination in jury selection, transportation, restaurants, and "inns, public conveyances on land or water, theaters and other places of public amusement"-didn't guarantee equality in schools, churches, and cemeteries.
-Supreme court declared it unconstitutional in 1883
