Bray Studios (or Bray Productions) was the most dominant animation studio in the U.S. at the time of WWI, located in New York. John R. Bray founded the studio, with its sole focus being devoted to series animation. It later helped launch the careers of the American cartoonists that created Might Mouse, Betty Boop, and Woody Woodpecker.
