23 h 10 mai 2004 ans - Lilly speaks to the Governor and picks a team to go and find Martinez. (The Fall of the Governor: Part 2)

NOTE: A week has passed since the Governor has woken up, however the time has been extended to fit with the date and comic events.

- Day 296
- At night Gabe, Bruce and Bob sneak the Governor back to his apartment so he can see Penny. Gabe removes all evidence of the attack and tells him about how Lilly stepped up which impresses him. Philip asks to see Lilly.
- Gabe walks Lilly to the Governor's apartment and tells her not to mention a word of this to anyone. They enter and the Governor greets her from his couch. He can't walk too well yet and wears an eye patch. He tells Lilly that he's heard good things about her whilst he was out but Lilly assures him that it was a team effort and Woodbury means a lot to her. He agrees.
- Philip lets her in on a secret and tells her about Martinez's plan to help the strangers escape. He should have been back by now and he tells Lilly to pick a team so they can go out with her and find him. She thinks about this for a minute and worries about her physical capabilities whilst pregnant and decides she can do it. Before she goes she asks the Governor to reveal himself to the town so people aren't so worried and on edge. He thinks about it and says he will soon.
- Lilly spends the rest of the night picking out her team and getting supplies ready for the reconnaissance mission tomorrow. Austin argues with her against it.
