24 mars 1765 - Quartering Act of 1765

Description:

Britain outlining where British soldiers had the right to stay in the colonies if need be. The colonies were to provide barracks, if that wasn't enough then the soldiers could stay in inns, livery stables, ale houses, victualling houses, wine cellars, and if all that still wasn't enough, then houses, barns, etc. They weren't saying they would kick people out of their houses, but the colonies were mad that they were just demanding instead of asking.
