Description:

Denmark Vesey (1767 - 2/7/1822) was a freed slave and insurrectionist. He bought his freedom after winning the lottery. He secretly plotted a slave rebellion in Charleston even though rebellion didn't happen he was executed for attempting to raise an insurrection. Later was found that the plot was the most sophicasted collective plot against slavery in the United States.
