Description:

INazi Party secured a majority in the Reichstag.
Hitler passed the Enabling Act—he could now pass laws without President’s approval.
The Communist Party was banned from future elections

Increased Hitler’s political authority as Parliament not able to challenge him → able to form new laws and strengthen his position → Hitler’s control over Germany grew
