Description:
The education for all handicapped children act was founded in 1975. This event has impacted elementary schools and today's schools because it gives students who have a disability to be able to get the same education that normal students have and to also allow them to seem normal and not segregated in their own little area. It allows students will disabilities to interact with regular students.
