It refers to the development of policies to support and create the necessary conditions to restore and develop production and business enterprises, especially for the private sector in 2015. Accordingly, the Government has directed the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) to lower the interest rates of credit in line with the inflation reduction;
Measures to support, simplify lending procedures and increase credit for agriculture, rural areas, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), export enterprises, and supporting industries. In 2014, Vietnam's business climate rating has improved significantly.
