19 juin 2040 - Physical Development As unfortunate as this may be, middle adulthood leads to a physical decline in health. To combat the effects of Father Time, I go swimming two days a week with a membership at planet fitness. Planet Fitness does not discriminate and I feel comfortable doing my workouts in the gym. I endeavor to keep my body in top condition and staying active helps greatly.
