Brown V. The board of Education was a court case against segregation in schools. Oliver Brown decided to bring fight segregation in schools and used the Equal Protection Clause in the 14th Amendment as a defense. The Case went all the way to the Supreme Court where it was decided that the state laws, forcing segregation in schools, was unconstitutional.
