1000 bc David captured the city of Jerusalem and expanded his Kingdom. The Hebrew bible states that David was the best fighter of Saul. He also written beautiful psalms, poems and songs. After him his son Solomon started to rule and built the first temple in Jerusalem.Solomon said many of the wise sayings in the Bible Book of proverbs.
