Entities now have shadows under them again.

Changed:
Door rotation logic has been improved.
Signs can be mined much faster.
The door side texture has been changed. In the previous version, it had the same texture as wooden planks. Now the texture is unique to doors.

Fixed:
Fixed a door duplication bug.
The particles signs give off while being mined are no longer from grass blocks.
