5 juill. 1932 - ID 13, Bonus Army protest
Description:
The Bonus Army protest was a group of WW1 veterans that were upset because of how much they had lost around the beginning of the great depression. These veterans stood in front of capitol hill trying to get their money earlier than they were supposed to, because they had no jobs or money. Congress didn't approve of this and so the veterans protested until finally the government forced them away with violence.
