Adolf Hitler has a meeting with Czech president Emil Hacha and demanded the independence of Slovakia. Czechoslovakia was afraid of invasion, so they had no choice but to accept. But literally the next day hitler demanded that Czechoslovakia allow him to move his troops through them. again they had no choice and had to accept.
