3 sept. 1791 - Establishment of the New Constitution

Description:

This constitution was created by the National Assembly. It maintained monarchy but, the Legislative Assembly adopted sovereignty. This was decided by a system of indirect voting. About 2/3 of adult men had the right to vote.
