15 juin 320 - The Mauryan Empire collapsed and a new empire rises. The Gupta Empire takes over India. Candra Gupta l fought neighboring lands and won. His son Samudra Gupta expanded the empire to central India. Since the Gupta Empire was Hindu they brought back Hinduism to India. They build temples and spread Hinduism. Buddhism was replace by Hinduism. As the Hun cam to India the Gupta Empire was defeated. Source: World Civilization Book
