6 h 30 min, 11 avr. 2004 ans - Stevens tells Rick about the Governor and Woodbury. (Issue 29) (Issue 30)

Description:

- Day 267
- Rick wakes up again in the infirmary. Stevens tells him he should be ok and asks Rick if he's going to attack him again.
- Rick assures him he won't and asks knows that he isn't really with the Governor. He asks for his name and Stevens tells him its Philip Blake. He starts to explain that Philip was once a good man (see day 55), and early on they all decided they could protect the town. Philip did what needed to be done and became the leader of Woodbury pretty quickly (see day 58) but soon after they realised he started doing thinks out of enjoyment rather than for protecting everyone. Nobody really seems to know what Philip is really like and they all respect him as their leader.
- Suddenly the Governor enters with Gabe and Bruce. Having heard everything Stevens said. He asks for Stevens to change his bandaged ear and taunts Rick.
- Rick asks when he's going to start being tortured but Philip tells him never, because he knows he won't talk. However he might send him into the arena for entertainment.
- He tells Rick he's raping Michonne until she kills herself and that he let Glenn go. Rick is shocked and asks why. The Governor tells him that Glenn told them everything they wanted to know. And if he goes back to the prison, he'll lead them right there.
- Gabe asks the Governor if it worked, Philip informs him that the reaction on his face told them everything. If Glenn doesn't tell them where the prison is then someone in the town probably will anyway. He believes they could move there if its safer.
